A short time ago I was asked if I would like to be part of the series “Create or Else” by Ogilvy & Mather.
Of course my answer was YES!

Little did I know I was about to be working with an amazing, talented group of  creative artists in their own right. Professionals in every way. From the photographers, videographers, technical crew, director, make-up person(yeah I needed some) and editors, I was soon blown away by just being part of this production.
They arrived at my studio loft in New Jersey and proceeded to use every volt of electricity in the place! It was a 100 degree day at the shore, as was the norm this summer past, and no one let the sticky, sweaty scenario keep them from doing their jobs flawlessly. Like I said, professionals…whose passion for detail and quality were humbling.

So, here it is, an installment in the web series “Create or Else”, which I encourage you to check out on their YouTube channel and learn about the really talented artists that are also featured. I’m honored to be part of such an eclectic bunch.

The Melody Club- my personal studio loft on the shore in New Jersey

The Cigar Inn- the ultimate cigar lounge located on the Upper East Side in NYC at 54th St & 2nd Avenue

Music:

Opening theme… “D’s Bolero” a piece I wrote, performed and produced for the film “Santorini Blue”

In the studio… “Island In the City”- the artist is Clair Reilly-Roe. I produced this track for her upcoming album

Closing theme – “Shine” by Maia Davies. I produced this track for her a while back and it remains one of my favorites..
